   Legacy Estates is located in northern Johnson County, just minutes from Mansfield. It sits just off FM 2738, approximately 1 mile north of Highway 917. Here is a map.
    
2. How big is Legacy Estates?
   When fully developed, Legacy Estates will include about 160 homes on more than 260 acres.
    
3. How long does it take to get to Arlington, Fort Worth or Burleson?
   Arlington is a 20-minute drive from the development. It takes less than 30 minutes to reach downtown Fort Worth and 15 minutes to arrive in Burleson.
    
4. What school district serves the community?
   Legacy Estates is in the Alvarado Independent School District.
    
5. Can I choose my own builder?
   Legacy Estates features several high-quality builders that have been pre-approved and understand the standards and restrictions of the community. If you would like to use a different builder, please contact us. We are open to discussing the possibilities and are always happy to forge new relationships with high-quality builders.
